Instructions
Wash and chop the plum tomatoes into halves or quarters.
In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the chopped plum tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the pot.
Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until tomatoes are soft.
Serve warm as a side or use in pasta dishes.
