Ingredients
  

Sushi Rice

  • 200 g Sushi Rice
  • 300 ml Water

Sushi Fillings

  • 100 g Cooked shrimp
  • 50 g Cucumber, julienned
  • 50 g Avocado, sliced

Nori Sheets

  • 2 sheets Nori seaweed sheets

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  • Cook the rice with 300 ml of water in a rice cooker or pot.
  • Once cooked, let the rice cool and mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  • Place a nori sheet on the bamboo mat and spread a layer of rice evenly over it.
  • Arrange cooked shrimp, cucumber, and avocado horizontally across the rice.
  • Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.
  • Slice the roll with a sharp knife into bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.

Notes

Store rolled sushi in the refrigerator, best consumed fresh.
