•1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur

•3 oz fresh pineapple juice

•1 oz heavy cream or coconut cream

•1–2 teaspoons simple syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

For Garnish:

•Pineapple wedges

•Whipped cream (optional for extra indulgence)

•Lime wheel

•2 tablespoons granulated sugar

•1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Glass

1.Mix the sugar and shredded coconut on a small plate.

2.Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or margarita glass, then dip it into the sugar mixture to coat.
