Ingredients
1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine (champagne or prosecco), chilled
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as triple sec or Cointreau)
1/4 cup brandy (optional)
1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
Prepare the Fruit:
Thinly slice the orange, lemon, and lime. Hull and slice the strawberries. Cut the pineapple into chunks.
Mix the Sangria:
In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, orange liqueur, brandy (if using), and simple syrup (if using). Stir well to combine.
Add the Fruit:
Add the sliced orange, lemon, lime, strawberries, and pineapple chunks to the pitcher. Stir gently to mix the fruit with the liquid.
Chill:
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Add the Sparkling Wine:
Just before serving, slowly pour the chilled sparkling wine into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
Serve:
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Mimosa Sangria over the ice, making sure to include some of the fruit in each glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra burst of freshness.
