  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  3. Trim any excess dough hanging over the edges, then crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
  4. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork to prevent bubbling while baking.

2: Mix the Batter

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. This step helps incorporate air into the batter for a lighter texture.

3: Combine the Dry Ingredients
